Purpose and responsibility
This policy keeps Shelfshot focused on lawful, truthful product listing visuals. You are responsible for prompts, uploads, generated outputs and publication choices. Last updated: 21 July 2026.
No deceptive product alteration
Do not use generation to misstate colour, material, dimensions, quantity, included accessories, function, origin, certification, safety, condition or performance. Do not hide defects or create a different product while representing the output as the item being sold.
Do not generate false certification marks, awards, review badges, testing reports, endorsements or origin labels. Misleading product visuals can breach consumer-protection and advertising law.
Intellectual property and identity
Upload only photographs, designs and other material you own or have permission to use. Do not request or reproduce protected logos, characters, entertainment properties, famous people, another seller’s product images or trade dress.
Avoid recognisable people in generated scenes. If an owned upload contains an identifiable person, you must have valid consent for the intended processing and publication. Non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation and deceptive identity use are prohibited.
Illegal and harmful use
Do not use Shelfshot to promote unlawful goods or conduct, violence, exploitation, discrimination, harassment, fraud, malicious code, evasion of law-enforcement controls or instructions that create a serious safety risk. Do not submit regulated medical claims, financial promises or legal guarantees as product evidence.
System integrity
Do not probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer or bypass usage, security, subscription or moderation controls; share account credentials; automate access outside published interfaces; introduce malware; or interfere with another user’s data.
Sales-channel rules
You must check current official image and AI-disclosure rules for every channel where an output will appear, including background, border, watermark, promotional-text and disclosure requirements. Shelfshot does not guarantee acceptance or protect against listing removal.
Enforcement and reporting
We may block generation, remove stored content, limit or suspend accounts and preserve or disclose records where reasonably necessary to investigate a violation, protect rights or comply with law. Report suspected abuse to support@gardnerconsultt.shop. Appeals should identify the account, affected task and reason.
