The real item is the source of truth
Never publish an output that changes or misstates colour, material, dimensions, included quantity, accessories, function, origin, condition or performance. Keep the product or reliable product record beside you and compare every frame. Enter measured dimensions yourself; do not rely on inferred scale.
Current sales-channel policy
Each sales channel defines its own background, crop, border, watermark, promotional-text and AI-content disclosure rules. Official rules can change and always control. You must confirm them before publication. Listing removal, restriction or penalties caused by non-compliance remain the user’s responsibility.
Consumer protection
Misleading images and claims can breach consumer-protection, advertising, distance-selling and unfair-commercial-practice law. The person publishing the listing is responsible for factual accuracy, required disclosures and consistency between visuals, description and supplied item.
Rights and people
Do not upload or request protected logos, characters, public figures, another seller’s imagery or content you cannot lawfully use. Do not create false certificates, awards, reviews, testing reports or origin marks. Avoid recognisable people; any uploaded identifiable person requires valid permission.

Pre-publish checklist
- Compare colour and material under neutral light.
- Verify shape, dimensions, quantity, accessories and condition.
- Remove any invented marks, claims or features.
- Check that scene use is plausible and not unsafe.
- Confirm current image and AI-disclosure rules.
- Keep a record of the approved real-product reference.
Report a concern
If an output appears unsafe, infringing or materially inaccurate, do not publish it. Use the workspace correction step and report persistent concerns to support@gardnerconsultt.shop with the task reference and a description of the mismatch.
